Overview
Texas GovLink, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer (GIS) to be a key resource on a technical services team.

**Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 1 Tuesday)**
Responsibilities
The DevOps engineer at this level is responsible for the various TxDOTCONNECT code build processes. This role has extensive knowledge in automation, containerization, and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines built to support TxDOTCONNECT release and deployment activities.
Qualifications
Minimum (Required):
- 8 years experience working with IT developers to facilitate coordination among operations, development, and testing functions
- 8 years experience working to automate and streamline integration and deployment processes
- 8 years experience with coupling tighter alignment between IT operations and businesses
- 8 years experience implementing cloud-based platforms to enhance product offerings, leveraging the cloud for scalable, secure data storage and processing
Preferred (Optional):
- 3 years of DevOps and Automation: Knowledgeable in common DevOps tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and container technologies, applying automation and IaC to streamline cloud infrastructure management.
- 3 years of DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab. Implements IaC, automation, and containerization with Docker, and Kubernetes, and integrates edge computing strategies for optimized performance and scalability.
