Cloud Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience with big data platforms, data fabric, and cloud infrastructure. This role involves supporting and integrating enterprise database systems, ensuring data is organized and stored using sound database management practices. In this role, you will interact with development and end-user personnel to determine application data access requirements, transaction rates, volume analysis, and other pertinent data necessary for developing and maintaining integrated databases.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Database Management: Support and integrate enterprise database systems, ensuring data is organized and stored efficiently.
- Collaboration: Interact with development and end-user personnel to determine application data access requirements, transaction rates, volume analysis, and other necessary data.
- Web Application Support: Provide support and review web-based applications, including online and internal applications, to support client operations.
- Website Development: Assist in developing the site concept, interface design, and architecture of websites.
- Interface Implementation: Support the implementation of interfaces to applications, reviewing both client-side and server-side code to ensure web-based applications deliver the correct content.
- Application Design: Translate application requirements into the design of complex websites, including integrating web pages and applications.
- Technology Integration: Apply new and emerging technologies to the site development process.

Position Requirements
- Proven experience with big data platforms, data fabric, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of database management practices.
- Experience in supporting and reviewing web-based applications.
- Ability to develop site concepts, interface designs, and website architecture.
- Proficiency in implementing interfaces to applications and reviewing code.
- Ability to translate application requirements into complex website designs.
- Familiarity with new and emerging technologies in web development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certifications preferred: Azure Administrator Associate, Certified Solutions Architect, Associate Cloud Engineer, or CCNA.
CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
