Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to become a pivotal member of our innovative team. This remote position offers you the opportunity to develop and sustain a scalable platform that evolves in response to our customers’ needs. You will tackle sophisticated challenges to enable our product teams to deploy new features in a safe, secure, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and uphold the foundational infrastructure supporting our internal CRM.
Construct and oversee our AWS environment utilizing Terraform.
Facilitate scaling efforts through Kubernetes, configure monitoring tools, and detect performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of seasoned engineers committed to delivering high-caliber results.
Navigate the challenges of working with sensitive data while ensuring security, reliability, and correctness.
Actively engage in architectural and hosting strategy discussions, contributing ideas that shape our technical trajectory.

Required Skills

Over 5 years of experience with cloud-hosted web applications, preferably in a startup environment.
Familiarity with the financial sector, particularly in compliance, is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of unraveling complex issues and devising optimal solutions.
Self-motivated, able to comprehend requirements, pose insightful questions, and achieve impactful outcomes independently.
Proficient in diagnostics, able to troubleshoot and analyze logs deeply. Versatile across various technologies, from networking to database configuration.
A continuous learner, thriving on challenges and eager to enhance processes through ongoing improvement.
A commitment to quality, prioritizing safety, rigorous testing, and robust security measures in all endeavors.
Curiosity for innovation and a desire to explore new technologies and ideas.
Fluent in Russian (reading, writing, and speaking) for effective collaboration with our offshore DevOps team.
