Job Description-
Role- Devops Engineer
Location- Bangalore
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Btech.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience as DevOps engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to streamline deployment.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Python Scripting: Utilize Python for automation, creating scripts for system management, data processing, and deployment tasks.
- Monitoring & Performance: Implement robust monitoring systems to ensure high performance, availability, and quick issue resolution.
- Security: Integrate security practices into the DevOps pipeline, including automated testing and vulnerability scanning.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve issues in infrastructure and code deployments.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 1+ years in DevOps Engineer
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git).
- Python/Bash (scripting) Knowledge: Proficiency in Python for writing scripts to automate tasks, manage infrastructure, and support the CI/CD pipeline.
- Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
Technical Skills:
- Containerization: Experience with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development.
- Automation & IaC: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Scripting Languages: Proficiency in Python for automating tasks, system management, and writing custom scripts.
- Monitoring & Logging: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios) and logging systems (e.g., ELK stack, Splunk).
- Networking & Security: Strong understanding of networking concepts, system security, and best practices for cloud infrastructure.
- Cloud Platforms: Strong knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
