We are currently seeking a dedicated DevOps Engineer to strengthen our expanding team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in supporting our platform and engineering teams, utilizing your extensive knowledge in system administration and AWS to oversee our infrastructure, collaborate with developers, and ensure optimal service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, including EKS clusters, EC2 instances, and S3 buckets on AWS.
- Employ Terraform to efficiently provision infrastructure.
- Develop and implement state-of-the-art CI/CD solutions.
- Deploy applications in cloud environments using containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Automate various tasks and monitor resource utilization by creating scripts and runbooks.
- Work closely with engineers to comprehend performance, scalability, and speed requirements.
- Provide security recommendations to enhance the robustness of our platform and processes.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in AWS and Linux systems administration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of core AWS services, including VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, and S3.
- Proven experience in constructing distributed infrastructure in high-volume environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation, particularly in Python (preferred).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
