• Infrastructure Support: Managing Linux/Windows dedicated/shared servers, Virtustream Cloud, and frontend application support across 10+ data centers.
• Monitoring & Administration: 24/7 support for Zabbix, xStream, Prometheus, PagerDuty and Avantra; monitoring 8000+ VMs for Fortune 500 clients globally.
• Incident & Escalation Management: Acting as first-line support for Dell Global Infrastructure (DC, Network, Servers, VMware, Dockers, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL).
• User & Tenant Management: xStream application deployment, user access control, license renewals, consumption reporting, VM provisioning.
• Cloud & Virtualization: Managing CRUD operations, VM snapshots, vCenter, and resolving production issues (site down, VM failures, network issues).
• Database & Middleware: PostgreSQL replication, failover, tuning, RabbitMQ queue management, MongoDB recovery.
DevOps & SRE Role:
• Automation & Containerization: Working with Docker, Kubernetes, Podman for containerized environments.
• Monitoring & Incident Response: Prometheus, PagerDuty for proactive alerting and remediation.
• Configuration Management: Deploying & managing infrastructure via Ansible, updating system configurations.
• Continuous Improvement: Performance tuning, system health checks, and post-patching validations.
