About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and automation while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
There will be a three-month probationary period offering a salary of 30,000 INR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure using tools like Terraform or ARM Templates.
- Deploy, manage, and maintain Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for scalable and resilient systems.
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Azure DevOps for efficient software delivery.
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with expertise in networking and security concepts.
- Develop and maintain observability systems (logging, tracing, and performance metrics) using Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
- Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure management using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or C#.
- Define and improve development, testing, release, and support processes to ensure adherence, minimize waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement security best practices, secrets management, and compliance measures to secure production environments and pipelines.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve system issues, and proactively monitor for potential risks.
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Integrate Azure SQL, App Service, and Functions into CI/CD pipelines for efficient database management and serverless computing.
- Design and implement disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
Additional qualifications
- Design, deploy, and maintain on-premise servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Design and implement seamless integration between cloud platforms and on-premise systems.
- Certification in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
- Experience in multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with serverless computing and microservices architecture.
- Strong focus on scalability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.
Possessing the additional skills Will Be Considered a Plus
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation roles.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and pipeline security.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, and related tools.
- Expertise with Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP, including cloud networking and security.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or C# for automation.
- Familiarity with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for environment automation.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
