Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our IT services, including Full Stack Development, .NET Development, PHP Development, Mobile App Development (Android & iOS), Website Development, and DevOps solutions. The focus will be on acquiring new clients in the US and Canda markets, building long-term relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Mining and Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential clients in the US market.
- Build and maintain an organized database of leads using tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms.
- Lead Generation:
- Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and other digital channels.
- Qualify leads based on business needs and alignment with our services.
- Sales Outreach:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our software technology services to prospects.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and presentations.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and track progress toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for further engagement.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and strategy teams for improving outreach efforts.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a similar role in IT software services)
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, including cold calling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work during US business hours and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
