Role: Senior DevOps Lead

JD for Senior DevOps Lead
Responsibilities:
- Lead the DevOps team in the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Oversee the development and execution of infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms to ensure high availability and performance of applications and services.
- Drive optimization of cloud resources for cost and performance using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers, QA, and operations teams, to deliver DevOps best practices across the organization.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met through automated policy enforcement and vulnerability management.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading DevOps initiatives at scale.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications in DevOps or cloud technologies (preferred).
