What You'll Do
- Own IT Operations : Ensure the seamless performance, stability, and security of our systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Drive Innovation : Evaluate, select, and implement new tech solutions that enhance productivity and scalability.
- Fortify Security : Design and enforce robust IT policies, ensuring compliance and safeguarding our data.
- Support AI Development : Optimize databases, network resources, and application environments for AI model training and testing.
- Lead & Inspire : Manage and mentor the IT team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellence.
- Be Prepared : Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular testing to ensure business continuity.
What You Bring To The Table
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT management experience, with at least 3 years in software development or an AI-focused environment.
- Proficiency in network administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and virtualization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of IT security protocols, data protection, and compliance practices.
- Expertise in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and managing development, testing, and production environments.
- Proven ability to lead IT teams and collaborate cross-functionally with development and cybersecurity teams.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud certifications are a bonus!.
