Job Responsibility:
- Management support to Team & customer
- Single point of contact for customer to drive any topic, project or activity.
- Guide the teams across solution conceptualization, proof of concept, effort estimation, design, development, implementation, go-live, and operation phase.
- Leading team from technical & process perspective
- Maintain KPI and SLA management.
- Ensure continuous improvement in processes & Service standard.
- Provide report to customer about any improvement area in customer’s infrastructure and realization of same with customer.
- Ensure to have proper documentation in each domain & regular updating of same
- Regular meetings with customer, team & stakeholders on concerned topic
- Leading weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings with stakeholders
- Preparation & sharing of various reports to customer & management.
- Attrition control & driving hiring activity with Hiring team & customer.
Minimum of 10+ years related work experience in customer facing environment.
Mandatory skill set
- Strong technical experience in Cybersecurity domains like CSIRT, Secops/devops, Vulnerability management, Pentesting etc.
- Must have Security mindset.
- Project management skill
- Must have lead team of 10+ members.
Secondary skill set
- Good to have knowledge on automation script to automate regular tasks.
