Job Overview
As a Cloud DevOps Engineer at Converging Resources Corporation, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing and automation of our cloud-based platforms and developing tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability. The ideal candidate is a self-starter willing to take ownership of our platform infrastructure and can meet the requirements below. We build and operate a robust SAAS platform that integrates and complements the systems required for high volume E-commerce retailers.

- Critical Operations on Live Systems
- IDS/IPS Systems
- Debian
- Comfort with the command line
- Defining, creating, testing, and executing Operations Procedures
- Database Administration and Maintenance (e.g., MariaDB, MySQL).
- Build, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, and deployment
- Implement, configure, and manage Docker containers
- Use Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure resources, creating reusable and scalable infrastructure as code (IaC)
Skills And Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Experience with AWS services and cloud technologies
- Ability to operate accurately in high pressure situations
- Capability to quickly diagnose and repair network issues
- Capacity to understand and debug live web applications
- Support patching and upgrading systems with zero downtime
- Proven track record administering high availability secure environments
- In office, local to the Alpharetta area
Education And Experience
- 2-5 years industry experience
