Job Description
Join our team as a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer and lead our IT teams in monitoring, automating, and developing our code delivery pipeline and production environment. This role focuses on greenfield development, where you'll be a servant leader, fostering both personal and professional growth among team members. You'll build strategies and solutions to simplify our technology stack and achieve continuous delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and automate operational aspects within our platform using runbooks tested in a CI/CD environment.
- Automate testing to ensure all functions work as intended.
- Take ownership of system-level issues and drive prompt resolutions with support from other teams.
- Resolve architecture issues and provide improved design methodologies.
- Manage the deployment and upgrade process of the cloud platform and core services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field (or 16+ years of relevant experience).
- DevOps Certifications (Azure, Docker, Software Testing).
- 8+ years as a Developer/Network Engineer.
- Required experience in Terraform, Ansible, and Azure pipelines.
- Required experience in building pipelines for .Net/Angular based apps.
- Preferred experience in Kafka/Confluent, Prometheus/Grafana/Alert Manager, Azure APIM, and Network.
- Broad understanding of tools and technologies: source control, continuous integration, infrastructure automation, deployment automation, container concepts, orchestration, and cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Available to provide on-call support 24/7 as needed.
- Knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
