Job Description:
AAPMOR Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead with expertise in Full Stack Development, DevOps, Software Development Cycle (SDC), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, drive innovation, and ensure the successful execution of projects while leveraging AEM for digital experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team of developers across Full Stack, DevOps, and AEM technologies.
2. Architect, develop, and implement scalable, high-performing applications using modern tech stacks.
3. Design and implement AEM-based solutions, including component development, workflow configuration, and integrations.
4. Establish and optimize DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure).
5. Drive SDC best practices, ensuring high-quality software development and delivery.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and solutions.
7. Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system performance, security, and reliability.
8. Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement industry best practices.
Requirements:
✔ 10+ years of experience in software development & leadership roles.
✔ Mandatory 3+ years of experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) development & implementation.
✔ Strong expertise in Full Stack Development (React/Angular, Node.js/Java/Python, SQL/NoSQL).
✔ Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD).
✔ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
✔ In-depth knowledge of SDC methodologies, Agile, and software best practices.
✔ Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
✔ Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
