• Overall 4-8 years of experience in IT software development, with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript and API programming
• Must have strong exposure to DevOps practices and proficiency in Tools like Jira, GitHub or Azure Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Should have experience with data analytics and report generation tools such as Tableau or Power BI, including integration with data from various sources
• Should have experience working with databases like SQL or PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Must be a self-starter, team player
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer support experience
• Customer Service oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
OR
5+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
Physical Requirements:
• Frequently transports and installs equipment up to 20 lbs.• Prior experience in design and creating any Software metrics dashboards
• Experience in working with Cloud hosted tools
• Good knowledge on funtionalities of various Code Quality Tools in the SDLC
• Good articulation with excellent communication skills
