Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Amazon DCV (Desktop Cloud Visualization), AWS Parallel Cluster, and Linux/Windows VDI management for high-performance computing (HPC) and 3D visualization workflows.
Resource will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining Amazon DCV pools for shared Linux VDIs and supporting visualization nodes for seismic workflows.
They will also handle external access via Amazon DCV Connection Gateway and implement naming conventions/standards in the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setup, configure, and maintain Amazon DCV for both Windows and Linux VDIs.
• Manage Amazon DCV pools for shared Linux VDIs.
• Integrate DCV naming conventions/standards across the infrastructure.
• Customize and maintain Windows images with AWS Parallel Cluster for 3D visualization workflows.
• Set up and support Linux visualization VDIs for HPC seismic workflows.
• Implement and manage Amazon DCV Connection Gateway for external access to the environment.
• Create, implement, and enforce DCV OS standards
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Amazon DCV and VDI setup.
• Expertise in AWS Parallel Cluster for customized 3D visualization workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows VDI management.
• Experience with HPC seismic workflows and Linux visualization nodes.
• Ability to implement security policies and external access mechanisms with Amazon DCV Connection Gateway.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, IAM, and other related services.
