Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps infrastructure.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery and improve overall system performance.
Monitor and optimize application performance, availability, and scalability.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application deployment and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes and tools.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior DevOps engineers.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend improvements to existing processes and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.).
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
