JD for L2 Support - Azure & Kubernetes
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer with expertise in cloud technologies and containerized applications. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot system environments deployed in Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Azure cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Kubernetes (AKS), Azure services (KeyVault, Storage, PostgreSQL, API Gateway, Container Registry, Vnet).
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve escalated incidents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
- Hands-on expertise in Azure
- Proficiency in Spring Boot for debugging and support.
- Hands on experience with Terraform or similar IaC.
- Experience creating and using Helm charts for complex deployments
- Good understanding of Docker / containerization
- Experience with core networking concepts
- Hands on experience with CI/CD (GitHub)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
