About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
DevOps Lead with deep expertise in cloud-based technologies, payment security, PCI DSS compliance, and automation practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex technical projects, driving automation enhancements, and ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient delivery pipelines.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of software development/DevOps experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Proven expertise in cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of payment security, PCI DSS compliance, and regulatory standards
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and technologies (RPA, machine learning, AI)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
