What you’ll be doing
Design & Implementation
- Collaborating with clients to capture requirements and design world-class Five9 solutions.
- Leading implementations with a focus on automation, integration, and DevOps best practices.
- Supporting system and user acceptance testing to ensure flawless delivery.
Support & Maintenance
- Providing ongoing technical expertise for Five9 telephony systems.
- Resolving customer queries quickly and effectively.
- Applying automation and CI/CD practices for smooth, efficient operations.
Optimisation & Security
- Embedding best-practice DevOps principles into everything you do.
- Strengthening security measures to protect against breaches and ensure compliance.
Continuous Improvement
- Recommending new technologies and enhancements to boost performance and reliability.
- Driving process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Five9 Implementation Engineer.
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum software development life cycle.
- Exposure to SIP telephony apps (Freeswitch, Asterisk, Kamailio, WebRTC) a plus.
- CI/CD automation and cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of contact centre technologies and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Five9 certifications (Implementation Engineer Bootcamp Parts 1 & 2, IVA Studio) highly desirable.
