Role Description
As a
Cloud & DevOps engineer you will be integrated into a dynamic and collaborative team, where you will be trained on
Cloud and DevOps technologies by exploiting the most innovative services of the major market players. You will be involved in projects that leverage innovative architectures to support scalable and secure solutions, integrating AI & ML services where necessary.
The Cloud Engineer is an IT professional responsible for all tasks associated with cloud computing, including design, planning, management, maintenance, and support.
Main Activities And Tasks
- Manage and administer the cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance, and security;
- Design, develop and implement multi-region cloud solutions by applying HA/BC policies within Microsoft Azure, Oracle, GCP and AWS;
- Analyze existing operational standards, processes and/or governance to identify and implement improvements;
- Migrate existing infrastructure services to cloud-based solutions;
- Management of Cloud Computing architectures (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)
- Manage the security and access controls of cloud-based solutions;
- Automate the application lifecycle through DevOps practices by applying security by design controls
- Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) by leveraging cloud-native tools to ensure automated and consistent platform deployments;
- Ensure that all infrastructure components meet the appropriate performance and capacity standards.
