Job Description
We are seeking a Hybrid Cloud Delivery Solution Architect with a focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, and Monitoring & Observability to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative cloud-based solutions across hybrid environments, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and observability.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, security, infrastructure, platform and application development, to deliver modern, scalable, and secure cloud architectures that meet both business and technical objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with our sales, presales, pursuits, account teams and engage our enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and requirements.
- Work with senior customer representatives (up to, and including, C-level executives) to advise and guide on the overall solution.
- Lead the team to implement critical projects, deliver Proof of Concepts (POC), design / build ecosystem on Edge 2 Cloud Engineering, and onboard workloads.
- On large scale projects, be able to lead a team of Automation and DevOps resources.
- Identifying opportunities for additional HPE engagements by taking ownership and demonstrating credibility through agreed milestones.
- Leading and delivering HPE’s Edge 2 Cloud engineering solutions into customer environments and ensuring solutions works as specified.
- Managing stakeholder relationships in the country, across HPE business units, especially GreenLake, Compute, and Services. Managing complex multifunction relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.
- Enable growth in Emerging Technologies, solution and develop accelerators, deliver show & tell to stakeholders.

- Strong consulting skills including interacting with and presenting to senior and technical stakeholders to gain buy-in.
- Strong facilitation skills to ensure alignment to architectural vision and operating models.

- Architect and deliver hybrid cloud solutions leveraging private cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration, security, and scalability.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks using tools like Python, Ansible, Golang, Terraform, CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Develop and lead DevSecOps practices, integrating security into all stages of the CI/CD pipeline, automating security testing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Create and manage monitoring and observability solutions that provide real-time insights into infrastructure and application performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpsRamp
- Work closely with development teams to integrate best practices for logging, tracing, and alerting into cloud-native platform, tool and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, create solution architectures, and lead technical discussions to ensure project success.
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, security, and availability, leveraging hybrid models where appropriate.
- Support and guide teams in adopting containerization and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift and Rancher
- Lead the creation of detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
- Ensure continuous improvement of delivery processes, focusing on automation, efficiency, and reducing technical debt.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on cloud technologies and hybrid environments.
- Proven experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using tools like Python, Ansible, Golang, Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, including security automation, vulnerability management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including but not limited to Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpsRamp
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration, with experience deploying and managing production workloads.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC 2, GDPR) and the ability to design solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-cloud architectures and strategies.
- Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices design.
- Experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) principles and practices.
