Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Jenkins pipelines for build, test, and deployment automation.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD workflows for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to streamline release processes.
- Integrate Jenkins with source control (Git/GitHub/GitLab), artifact repositories, and other DevOps tools.
- Troubleshoot build failures, resolve pipeline issues, and ensure system stability.
- Maintain and enhance infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Implement monitoring and alerting for build and deployment processes.
- Ensure security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and GCP).
- Hands-on expertise with Jenkins (Freestyle, Pipeline, and Declarative pipelines).
- Proficiency in Git and version control branching strategies.
- Strong scripting skills (Shell, Bash, Python, or Groovy).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).
- Knowledge of security scanning and quality gates in pipelines (SonarQube, OWASP Dependency Check).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
