Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in building, administrating, and maturing cloud infrastructures.
The primary responsibility for this position will be to support a team of cloud engineers by providing a variety of assistance ranging from day-to-day administrative operations (VPC deployments, IAM Role Troubleshooting, etc.) for the team’s constituents as well as aiding the team with larger multi-cloud project tasks.
You will exercise skills configuring cloud services, documenting and/or suggesting improvements to team processes, and assist users with troubleshooting cloud issues. Administer AWS, GCP and Azure solutions and work with team to enhance resources across a multi-cloud hybrid environment.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- An associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, related field or related experience.
- Experience handling support tickets, priority triage of issues, etc.
- Experience with building or managing IT infrastructure at an organization.
- Demonstratable expertise in supporting architecture, resources, security, and / or operations in a cloud environment.
- Experience specifically with AWS, GCP, and / or Azure.
- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies and containerized applications and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) or Configuration as Code (CaC) pipelines.
- Experience with Ansible Automation Controller and authoring playbooks.
- Excellent communication and documentation practices.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect Certification.
- Google Cloud Engineer or Workspace Administrator Certification.
- Azure Fundamentals / Azure Administration Certification.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
