Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll partner with software, hardware, and product teams to design scalable cloud architectures and ensure our platforms grow with the business. You’ll be a driving force in shaping DevOps practices, building automation, and improving systems that support our innovative products.
What you’ll do:
- Design and scale cloud backend architectures to support business growth
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and drive requirements
- Lead efforts to improve code consistency and normalization across critical areas
- Champion DevOps practices — automation, monitoring, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure with AWS and CDK
- Deep hands-on knowledge of AWS services, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions
- Experience building secure, scalable, and high-availability systems
- Willingness to collaborate across time zones and travel up to 10% globally
Preferred experience:
- Data streaming platforms (Kafka, Solace)
- API specification tools (Protocol Buffers, GraphQL, OpenAPI)
- Cloud security architecture and infrastructure expertise
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts
