Responsibilities:
- Designed and managed cloud infrastructure in Azure, from virtual networks and storage solutions to databases and applications.
- Monitor system health, performance, and costs; proactively identify opportunities to fine-tune and improve.
- Implement layered security controls, manage access and identity, and run regular risk checks to protect critical systems.
- Partner with internal teams to prepare for audits, maintain certifications, and ensure environments meet industry standards.
- Document processes, create playbooks, and mentor colleagues so that best practices are embedded across the team.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure or security engineering.
- Deep technical expertise with Azure services (networking, governance, Active Directory, monitoring, and security tools).
- Strong hands-on skills with automation and scripting (Terraform, Git, PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Experience with SQL administration and data management in cloud environments.
- A strong understanding of compliance and governance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical insights into business impact.
