Glow are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain highly scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure on Azure Cloud. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, security, and QA teams to enable smooth deployments, improve system resilience, and enhance observability across our platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our cloud-native infrastructure, automating processes with Terraform and Azure DevOps, and ensuring compliance with fintech security and regulatory standards. This position offers the opportunity to drive technical excellence, mentor peers, and continuously improve the way we deliver software at scale.
Hard Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services, particularly:
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Azure networking (e.g., VNET peering, NSGs, Application Gateway, Front Door, Hub-and-Spoke, Landing Zones)
Blob Storage, PostgreSQL, Data Warehouse, Data Factory
WAF
- Proficiency with Terraform, with experience building modular and reusable infrastructure components
- Experience using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and repository management
- Familiarity with Helm and Helm-based application lifecycle management
- Solid understanding of Linux containers, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with observability tools such as DataDog, Azure Monitor, or Prometheus/Grafana
- Familiarity with managing self-hosted message queues like RabbitMQ in Kubernetes
- Understanding of fintech regulatory and security/compliance best practices
