Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: 100% Onsite – Cincinnati, OH
Type: 5-Month Contract (W2 only, no sponsorship) – Possible Extension
Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and support cloud-native deployments in a highly collaborative environment. This role is critical in ensuring scalable, resilient, and secure application delivery while partnering closely with development, QA, operations, and security teams.
Must-Have Skills:
- Cloud Platforms: Azure, GCP
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD Tools: GitHub Actions (or similar)
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (CloudFormation a plus)
- Scripting: Bash, PowerShell
- Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog
- Version Control: Git & Git workflows
- Networking: Basic knowledge (DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Harness, or similar).
- Define and execute roadmaps for Azure clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-region/multi-cloud setups.
- Manage orchestration tools (Helm, Rancher, Kustomize).
- Oversee system monitoring, logging, and alerting for reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth deployment and operations.
- Implement security best practices in all DevOps processes.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation.
