Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer (Lead / Solution Architect) to lead our engineering team and drive end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Node.js, React.js, and full-stack architecture, along with proven leadership skills to guide, mentor, and inspire a team of developers. This role requires ownership of project lifecycles from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and innovative solutions that contribute to the organization’s digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 5+ developers, driving best practices and team productivity.
- Take complete ownership of project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.js.
- Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables, including development, bug fixing, documentation, and maintenance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to align solutions with business goals.
- Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Implement DevOps best practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster growth, improve code quality, and ensure technical excellence.
Required Skills
- Leadership & Management: Minimum 2+ years managing a team of 5+ developers, with experience in end-to-end project delivery.
- Backend Development: Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and related frameworks.
- Frontend Development: Strong command over React.js and the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Database Expertise: Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL); hands-on exposure to NoSQL is an advantage.
- DevOps & Deployment: Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and managing deployments across environments.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and other version control systems.
- Web Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS.

- Prior experience building CRM-based solutions.
