We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect Technology Working Group Lead to establish, activate, and operate the Solution Architect Working Group. The ideal candidate will standardize tools and practices, lead solution design, direct development, and coach technical teams to build scalable, high-performance software solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the company's technical vision and ensuring enterprise-grade architecture while collaborating with senior leadership, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design:
Design scalable, maintainable architecture using .NET Core, microservices, and design patterns (SOLID, MVC, CQRS).
Translate business needs into technical solutions and architectural blueprints.
Evaluate and integrate 3rd-party and open-source tools.
Cloud & DevOps Strategy:
Architect cloud-native apps on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Lead CI/CD, IaC, and automation (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
Ensure availability, resilience, and performance across systems.
Security & Optimization:
Enforce secure coding, IAM (OAuth2, Keycloak, Auth0), and compliance (ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR).
Optimize systems using Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, caching, and observability tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).
Leadership & Collaboration:
Guide engineering teams on modern architecture and standards.
Conduct code reviews, lead agile delivery, and engage stakeholders.
Drive architecture governance and delivery excellence.
Skills & Tech Stack:
.NET Core, Azure AD, Power Platform, Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ, React/Angular/Next.js (preferred), Terraform, ELK Stack, OAuth2, Keycloak, Istio, Prometheus, CI/CD tools, and Agile/SAFe frameworks.
Experience:
10+ years in software development
5+ years in architecture leadership
4+ years in microservices, API gateway, and distributed systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, IT, or related field
Preferred: Microsoft/AWS/Azure DevOps Certifications, CKA, DRCS
