About the Role
We’re seeking a DevOps and Kubernetes Engineer with deep expertise in containerized infrastructure, automation scripting, and CI/CD systems. The ideal candidate will design, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable environments leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and JFrog Artifactory, while also contributing to application-level development in Python (Django) and React.
You will automate operational workflows using Bash/Shell, Python, and Perl, manage multi-cloud deployments across AWS and Azure, and ensure secure, reliable, and efficient software delivery pipelines.
If you thrive at the intersection of DevOps, automation, and cloud engineering, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, upgrades, troubleshooting).
· Design and implement automation scripts and operational tools using Bash/Shell, Python, and Perl.
· Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory.
· Manage JFrog Artifactory repositories, cleanup policies, and access controls.
· Implement and manage monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
· Manage and support deployments across AWS and Azure environments.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to align infrastructure automation with software delivery goals.
· Contribute to backend development in Python (Django) and frontend components in React, as needed.
· Design and maintain PostgreSQL schemas and REST APIs.
Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
· Strong hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes (deployments, scaling, and troubleshooting).
· Proficiency in Bash/Shell and Python scripting (Perl experience preferred).
· Practical exposure to AWS and Azure cloud platforms — including compute, storage, and deployment automation.
· Proven experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory.
· Experience in administering JFrog Artifactory in production environments.
· Exposure to application development using Python (Django) and React.
· Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and version control best practices.
· Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK monitoring stacks.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an ownership mindset.
Nice to Have
· Certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
· Knowledge of Helm, Terraform, or other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
· Understanding of secure software delivery, artifact governance, and compliance workflows
