Key Responsibilities
- Design and support multi-cloud infrastructures (Azure and AWS) that deliver security, scalability, and reliability.
- Automate with excellence by developing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring systems that eliminate inefficiency.
- Solve meaningful problems by troubleshooting complex issues and creating solutions that last.
- Lead through mentorship by guiding junior and mid-level engineers and raising the bar for technical execution.
- Champion containerization by designing and managing Docker and Kubernetes environments at enterprise scale.
- Establish clarity by documenting architectures, standards, and processes that others can trust and follow.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations to embed DevOps principles in everything we deliver.
- Innovate thoughtfully by staying ahead of emerging technologies and applying them with purpose.
- Respond with confidence during on-call rotations, leading through critical events to protect stability and client trust.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of DevOps, cloud engineering, or related experience.
- Deep knowledge of AWS and Azure platforms.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Hands-on with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
- Advanced expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Skilled in managing both Linux and Windows environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, and CompTIA Cloud+.
