About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps (Lead/Manager) to join our technology team and drive the deployment, scaling, and reliability of large-scale production systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in AI/ML environments is a plus, as you will occasionally collaborate with AI teams to optimize deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes.
- Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Drive cloud migration initiatives to AWS or GCP.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CodeDeploy, Cloud Build, and similar tools.
- Work with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and manage container environments (Docker, ECS).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize databases and production systems.
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, AI/ML, and product teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles supporting large-scale production systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with AWS or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CodeDeploy, Cloud Build).
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker, ECS, Elasticsearch, Ansible.
- Strong Linux skills and understanding of server environments.
- Sound knowledge of databases and cloud infrastructure.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with Terraform.
- AWS Certification.
- Exposure to AI/ML deployment pipelines or AI projects.
