We are hiring for Vice President - DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering Expert based in Mumbai
Roles & Responsblities:
This key role would be working with world wide resources to continue development and maintenance of this platform.
- Become a trusted advisor for our platform to senior management, business stake holders, applications teams, and your fellow platform developers.
- Understand technology landscape, recognize challenges and opportunities and translate it into an actionable roadmap.
- Help design and implement platform as a code and CI/CD processes on-prem and on AWS.
- Support what you and the team develops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and application teams.
- Design, build, and maintain our cloud data platform infrastructure and tools for on-prem infrastructure, hybrid deployment with AWS and other relevant tools as necessary.
- Develop automation scripts and tools for streamlined deployment and management of the data platform.
- Collaborate with the data engineering and analytics teams to understand their requirements and ensure the data platform meets their needs.
- Monitor the performance and health of the cloud data platform, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Develop and implement security and compliance measures to ensure the cloud data platform is secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Continuously improve the data platform to ensure it is scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.
Implement and maintain a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for the data platform.
