Are you passionate about driving IT Service Management (ITSM) transformations and enabling digital excellence? PwC’s Digital Strategy team is looking for an experienced **Manager – IT Service Management** to lead cutting-edge digital transformation programs for our enterprise clients.
**About the Role:**
As a key ITSM expert, you will guide client leadership in redefining their IT service delivery through strategy, operational improvements, and technology adoption aligned with digital business goals. This role blends hands-on ITSM expertise with leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence.
🔑 **Your Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead end-to-end ITSM transformation engagements – assessment, design, implementation & continuous improvement
• Develop ITSM roadmaps aligned with digital strategy and business goals
• Manage & mentor a high-performing team of consultants and analysts
• Advise C-suite & senior stakeholders on ITSM best practices, governance & value realization
• Drive adoption of ITIL v4 integrated with Agile, DevOps & cloud operating models
• Oversee deployment & optimization of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy & others
• Lead workshops, presentations & change management initiatives
• Collaborate with PwC cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions
• Ensure compliance with methodologies, risk policies & quality standards
• Stay ahead with ITSM trends & emerging technologies
🎓 **What We’re Looking For:**
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• 7+ years in ITSM, digital transformation or consulting roles with managerial experience
• Strong expertise in ITIL v4 (Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification preferred)
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and their deployment/optimization
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, cloud service models & automation in IT service delivery
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Experience in large GCC centers and/or Big Four consulting firms preferred
