What you will do in your day to day:
- Build and maintain our production infrastructure to ensure scalability and high-availability
- while maximising development team efficiency;
- Help troubleshoot and debug issues related to product and infrastructure;
- Automate operational or infrastructure related tasks
- Improve and extend our infrastructure platform that is making use of EKS/ECS
- Enhance Security,Monitoring and Logging of our systems.
- Maintain the Onprem Infrastructure(VMs and networking)
Who you are:
- Self-motivated individual as well as act a team player in the Devops team;
- You have worked as a DevOps engineer/Cloud Engineer for at least 5 years;
- Have a security mindset
- Interested in learning and trying new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Container Orchestration and Containerisation technologies (Kubernetes, Docker);
- Worked on Virtualization technologies (Proxmox/Vmware)
- Linux Systems Administration
- Public Clouds (we use Amazon Web Services);
- Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployments
- Cloud Orchestration, Automation, Service configuration (Terraform/Ansible);
- Monitoring/Alerting (Zabbix, Cloudwatch, Prometheus, Grafana);
- Scripting (Python/Bash/Go)
- Effective Communications Skills
Mandatory skills:
- Linux, AWS, Terraform , CI/CD(Gitlab/Github/Jenkins).
Nice to Have skills:
- Observability - Implementation of Opentelemetry for microservices.
- Cloud Cost optimization.
- Implement SRE Practices
- Programming in Python/Go/Java
