Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the third line of support for DevOps-related issues and cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to CI/CD pipelines, AWS services and Linux systems.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Maintain and enhance infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Ensure security and compliance across cloud environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Support roles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams, client and manage escalations effectively.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Praometheus, Grafana).
- Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, Load Balancers, Firewalls).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills would be additional advantage.
