Key Responsibilities
• Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD and IaC pipelines for infrastructure deployment and maintenance on CX platforms.
• Manage AWS environments for stability, scalability, and compliance in CX Cloud.
• Create automated solutions for defect discovery, analysis, and remediation to minimize manual work.
• Streamline defect resolution workflows, including Jira and CDETS updates for status and documentation.
• Implement GitHub Actions workflows and CloudBees CDRO pipelines using JavaScript/Groovy.
• Deliver weekly status reports, progress updates, quality reviews, and comprehensive documentation/training.
Expected Deliverables & Work Products
• Automated Pipelines: Operational CI/CD and IaC setups via GitHub Actions and CloudBees CDRO.
• AWS Management: Configurations and docs for compliant, scalable environments.
• Defect Tools: Scripts integrated with Jira/CDETS for automated detection/resolution.
• Documentation: Solution architectures, procedures, knowledge transfer materials, and training.
• Reporting: Weekly/monthly metrics on tasks, SLAs, defect rates, and pipeline health.
• Tracking: Updated Jira/CDETS logs for full lifecycle visibility.
Success Metrics
• Deliver user stories/defects within weekly cycles.
• Maintain <10% defect rate in all work.
• Ensure reusable, efficient workflows that enhance SRE operations.
