Infrastructure as Code (Primary: Pulumi + TypeScript)
- Pulumi with TypeScript (preferred and strongly prioritized)
- OR strong Terraform experience plus demonstrated TypeScript expertise, with ability to migrate IaC to Pulumi
- Understanding of declarative IaC, resource graphs, state management, and multi environment promotions
