We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS) and on-premise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across hybrid environments while enabling CI/CD, containerization, and observability best practices.

Responsibilities:
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure on AWS using best practices
- Manage hybrid environments integrating cloud and on-premise data centers
- Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies
- Perform cloud cost optimization and capacity planning
DevOps & Automation
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS Pipelines, DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
- Standardize build, release, and deployment processes
Containers & Orchestration
- Build and manage Docker containers
- Deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, OpenShift, On-Prem K8s)
- Implement Helm charts and manage container registries
Monitoring, Logging & Security
- Implement monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Monitor
- Manage centralized logging using ELK / OpenSearch / Splunk
- Implement security best practices including IAM, RBAC, secrets management
- Ensure compliance with organizational and security standards
On-Premise & Networking
- Manage Linux/Windows servers in on-premise environments
- Handle networking concepts (VPC, VPN, Load Balancers, Firewalls, DNS)
- Integrate on-premise infrastructure with cloud platforms securely
- Manage storage solutions (NAS, SAN, Object Storage)
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with development, QA, and security teams
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making
- Provide L3 production support and incident resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with AWS services
- Proven experience with on-premise infrastructure deployments
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, AWS Devops Tools, DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Proficiency in Linux system administration
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
Good to Have
- Experience with OpenShift, ArgoCD, or Flux
- Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, PowerShell
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices
- Cloud certifications (AWS, , Kubernetes)
