Role Overview
As an SDE 3/technical lead you will be responsible for designing and building a highly scalable and extensible big data platform that serves as the foundation for collecting, storing, modeling, and analyzing massive datasets across multiple channels. You will play a key role in driving architecture, system design, and technical excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system design discussions including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems.
- Design and implement robust microservices-based solutions.
- Apply design patterns and best engineering practices to build maintainable systems.
- Contribute to database design and system architecture decisions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Experience building Microservices-based architectures
- Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Expertise in OAuth, SQL, and database system design
- Strong experience in system design and architecture
- Deep technical knowledge across design and engineering best practices
