Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite a week)

Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer to operate, stabilize, and continuously improve production cloud environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on DevOps/SRE professional with strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
You will play a key role in ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical applications while driving automation and operational excellence.
Strong hands-on experience is required in:
• AWS (EC2, EKS, VPC, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Kubernetes (EKS/Rancher)
• Terraform (IaC)
• Jenkins / GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
• Kafka
• Splunk
• Python or Shell scripting
• L2/L3 production support & incident management
You will be responsible for production reliability, incident triage, CI/CD enhancements, infrastructure automation, and platform stability.
