Cloud Operations Engineer
Hybrid Remote - Greater Boston Area
Our client is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join a small, high-performing team. This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining both AWS cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Architect, implement, and maintain AWS and on-premise infrastructure environments.
- Utilize Terraform, Ansible, and related automation tools to manage configuration and infrastructure as code.
- Partner with development and DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming infrastructure and deployment support tickets.
- Monitor system performance, implement best practices, and continuously improve reliability and scalability.
- Contribute to documentation, tooling, and process improvements across infrastructure operations.
About You
- 4+ years of experience
- Strong hands-on background with AWS
- Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Comfortable participating in on-call rotation
- Comfortable troubleshooting complex deployment and infrastructure issues.
