We’re looking for a DevOps Lead to take end-to-end ownership of our Infrastructure & Platform Engineering function.
This is not a support role - this is a build, scale, and lead mandate. You’ll design resilient, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure powering mission-critical fintech systems, while building and mentoring a high-performing platform team.
What you'll do
- Own cloud infrastructure strategy & architecture (AWS preferred)
- Design highly available, scalable, fault-tolerant systems
- Drive CI/CD maturity and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Build internal developer platforms & self-serve tooling
- Establish observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) & SLO frameworks
- Lead incident management & reliability best practices
- Partner with Security on compliance & cloud governance
- Optimize cloud cost & build cost-aware engineering culture
- Hire, mentor, and scale the DevOps/Platform team
What we're looking for
- 7–10 years in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong AWS + Kubernetes + Docker expertise
- Deep CI/CD and automation-first mindset
- Proven experience designing scalable production systems
- Prior experience leading or mentoring teams
- Startup/high-growth environment exposure preferred
Bonus: Fintech/regulatory experience, IDP exposure, multi-cloud, zero-downtime deployments, or chaos engineering.
