Role Description
Technical Competencies Required**:
- **Cloud Platforms**: Experience with AWS, Azure, and CaaS
- **Container Orchestration**: Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker
- **CI/CD Tools & Pipelines**: Familiarity with Artifactory, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- **Infrastructure as Code**: Knowledge of Terraform and CloudFormation
- **Monitoring and Observability Tools**: Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk
- **Incident Management**: Well-versed in incident management and postmortem processes
- L2 Support Responsibilities**:

- Provide advanced technical support and complex troubleshooting that requires deeper technical knowledge beyond basic help desk functions.
- System configuration and parameter adjustments.
- Performance analysis and optimization recommendations.

- Escalate incidents when issues exceed standard expertise.
