Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage, scale, and optimize WooCommerce-based eCommerce platforms hosted on AWS / Google Cloud, including CRM integrations for sales, customer data, and automation workflows. The role focuses on performance, reliability, security, and seamless data flow between WooCommerce and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, deploy, and manage high-traffic WooCommerce infrastructure
• Deploy and maintain WooCommerce platforms on AWS / Google Cloud
• Configure and manage Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, and High Availability
• Integrate WooCommerce with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales, custom CRM)
• Optimize WooCommerce performance (checkout speed, TTFB, Core Web Vitals)
• Implement caching strategies — Redis/Memcached, Nginx/LiteSpeed, CloudFront/Cloudflare
• Manage databases (RDS / Cloud SQL – MySQL) with backups, replication, and performance tuning
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for WordPress, WooCommerce, and CRM-related code
• Secure platforms using WAF, SSL/TLS, and malware/brute-force protection
• Monitor system health, logs, CRM sync jobs, and background processes
• Handle peak traffic events, campaigns, and flash sales
• Implement disaster recovery, rollback, and failover strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience with WooCommerce production environments
• Hands-on expertise with AWS or Google Cloud
• Linux server administration (Ubuntu / Amazon Linux)
• Web servers: Nginx / Apache / LiteSpeed
• Deep understanding of MySQL optimization for WooCommerce
• CRM integrations via REST APIs and Webhooks
• Strong knowledge of CDN and caching layers
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions / GitLab / Jenkins
• Scripting: Bash / Shell | Version control: Git
WooCommerce & CRM-Specific Expertise (Must-Have)
• Reliable order, customer, and lead synchronization
• Handling failed CRM syncs with retry mechanisms
• Secure handling of customer and payment-related data
• WP-Cron optimization and server-based cron jobs
• API rate-limit handling and logging
• Maintaining data consistency between WooCommerce and CRM systems
Good to Have
• WooCommerce + ERP integration experience
• Dockerized WordPress/WooCommerce
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
• Message queues (SQS / Pub/Sub / RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS and data compliance
• Headless WooCommerce experience
