We are currently looking for an experienced AWS Connect Engineer for an opportunity in Sacramento, CA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite).

Overview:Seeking an experienced AWS Connect Engineer to design and implement scalable contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, IVR, and conversational AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and build Amazon Connect Contact Flows, IVR, ACD, routing
- Develop Amazon Lex bots and integrate Polly for voice
- Build integrations using AWS Lambda & REST APIs (Salesforce/ServiceNow)
- Implement event-driven workflows (Kinesis, EventBridge, Step Functions)
- Manage infrastructure using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Monitor performance using CloudWatch, Contact Lens, QuickSight
Required Skills
- 3+ years Amazon Connect experience
- Strong in AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3)
- Experience with Lex, Polly, IVR design, APIs
- Knowledge of telephony (SIP/VoIP) and contact center operations
- Salesforce/ServiceNow integration
- Public sector or healthcare experience -Desired but not required
- CI/CD and DevOps exposure
