Your Impact
As a Senior Associate DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for enabling and scaling critical AI, ML, and cloud-native workloads. In this role, you will:
· Design, deploy, and manage AI/ML infrastructure using Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lex, and Amazon Connect, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
· Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes to support rapid and high quality releases.
· Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to consistently provision and maintain AWS environments.
· Collaborate with engineering teams to support development workflows and integrate DevOps best practices into application lifecycles.
· Contribute directly to development efforts through hands?on coding in React, Python, and Java as needed to support integrations, tooling, or platform enhancements.
· Design and enforce AWS IAM policies, network security controls, and guardrails to maintain a secure and compliant cloud environment.
· Implement logging, monitoring, and observability frameworks to ensure system visibility, health insights, and rapid incident response.
· Scale AI/ML applications in production, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and cost governance.
· Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to increase automation, reduce operational overhead, and strengthen platform reliability.
Skills & Experience
· Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lex, and Amazon Connect, including configuration, integration, and operational support.
· Proven experience deploying and managing AI/ML infrastructure and scaling AI workloads in production environments.
· Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation, containerization, and orchestration.
· Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform.
· Solid development experience in React, Python, and Java.
· Strong understanding of AWS IAM, network security, encryption, logging, monitoring, and cloud governance.
· Experience with cloud-native monitoring tools (CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, etc.).
· Strong analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, highly collaborative environments.
