DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes | Python | Java)

About The Role
We are looking for a
highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Austin, TX. This role requires strong expertise in
containerization, automation, and backend development, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
- Proficiency in Python and Java
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills (mandatory)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Machine Learning / MLOps workflows
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps pipelines
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments
- Collaborate with development teams using Python & Java-based applications
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and system operations
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps / SRE roles
- Strong scripting and programming background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Austin, TX
