Job Description:
- Lead multiple AWS Cloud Native projects, including major enterprise-grade applications. - Implement cloud solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.
- Full Stack development using React JS, Node JS - Collaborate primarily with Functional Consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Provide technical estimations for AWS infrastructure and development efforts; not involved in initial requirement gathering.
- Coordinate with Architecture and DevOps teams by communicating requirements; these teams operate independently and do not report to the Tech Lead.
- Have a deep understanding of AWS Cloud development best practices and drive continuous improvement in cloud development practices
- Demonstrate technical leadership and ensure alignment with the enterprise cloud strategy across all deliverables.
- Provide technical direction and resolve complex issues across projects.
REQUISITE QUALIFICATION
Essential: Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred: Engineering Graduate OR MCA (Master of Computer Applications).
REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Native application development and 10+ years of overall experience in software development Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end cloud projects, including at least two major AWS Cloud projects
Preferred: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing cloud transformation initiatives Exposure to cost optimization and security best practices in AWS. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED :
Essential:
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
AWS Certified Developer - Associate. Expertise in AWS services and cloud-native development Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS), and serverless architecture Monitoring & Logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch) Security & Compliance understanding (IAM, KMS, encryption, etc.).
Proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs) Experience with CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
